to address all queries within 24 hours, however, please be aware it
may take longer during Public Holidays or at times of increased

If you have to report about a bug or if you have a technical
question please attach a screenshot of the problem when you running
our software for better understanding, so we can reproduce the
problem. This is the best way our support team can look at the
problem and keep our response time to a minimum.
